摘要： The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating neuroinflammation containing Gastrodia elata extracts and a method for manufacturing the Gastrodia elata extracts and, more specifically, a composition for preventing and treating neuroinflammation which contains 4-HBA(Hydroxybenzyl alcohol), which is an active ingredient in the Gastrodia elata extracts and which has an effect in inhibiting neuroinflammation by suppressing pro inflammatory mediators in neuroglial cells, and a method for manufacturing the Gastrodia elata extracts.
