    • PURPOSE: An air guide unit for a vehicle is provided to efficiently distribute and inject outside air from the outside of a vehicle, thereby improving the cooling efficiency of a cooling module. CONSTITUTION: An air guide unit for a vehicle includes a first guide(110), a second guide(120), and a fixing unit(130). The first guide is installed in the front of the condenser of an air conditioner. The second guide at the lower side of the first guide is installed in the front of a radiator for an electric power apparatus. The fixing units are respectively and integrally formed along the rear peripheries of the first and the second guide, and fix the first and second guides to the front of a cooling module.

    • PURPOSE: A cooling module of a hybrid vehicle is provided to secure the competitive for a RCAR(Research Council for Automobile Repairs) test through reducing the volume of a cooling module. CONSTITUTION: A cooling module of a hybrid vehicle comprises first and second core units, a pair of integrated headers(130), a pair of integrated tanks(140), and a gasket(136). The first and second core units are composed of first and second tubes(111, 121) and first and second fins(112, 122). A plurality of first tubes is arranged in a row with determined interval and the first and second tubes forms the passages of first and second heat exchanging material respectively. The pair of integrated headers includes first and second headers(131, 132) and a gasket insertion grooves(135). The first and second tubes are inserted in the tube insertion holes(133, 134) of the first and second headers. An integrated tank is divided into first and second tanks(141, 142) by a barrier(143). The integrated tank comprises inlet ports(144, 146) and outlet ports(145,147) for first and second heat exchanging material. The gasket is inserted into a gasket insertion hole and located between the integrated header and the integrated tank.

CONSTITUTION: An integrated type hybrid heat exchanger comprises a radiator unit for an internal combustion engine(10) and a radiator unit for electric elements. Radiator tanks(12a,12b) are installed on both sides of the radiator unit for internal combustion engine and the radiator unit for electric elements. The inside of the radiator tanks is divided by a baffle(13). The radiator tank has a cooling water inlet(14) for a internal combustion engine, a cooling water inlet(15) for a electrical field, and a cooling water outlet(17) for a cooling water outlet(16) for a internal combustion engine and electrical field. A tube(18) expanded to the top is installed on the baffle.
