    • PURPOSE: A submergible motor pump with an air-cooling system is provided to maximize cooling efficiency by using an air cooling system and a water cooling system at the same time through convection current. CONSTITUTION: In a submergible motor pump with an air-cooling system, the motor housing of a submergible motor(1) is hollow and has an inserted driving shaft(10) at the center thereof. A cylindrical rotor(7) is inserted into the outer circumference of a rotating vane(24) and is rotated with the driving shaft. Steam generated in the submergible motor is discharged thorough an internal air outlet. The air outlet includes an interception valve(19) preventing the inflow of a foreign material into the submergible motor.

    • A BLDC(Brushless DC) type blower motor is provided to prevent an electrical short by blocking moisture or foreign material inputted to an electronic control device through an air inlet hole. A flange type case(3) is coupled in a low part of a BLDC type blower motor(1). A cover(8) is coupled in a lower part of the case. A coupling opening(2) is formed in the upper part of the case. An air inlet(4) is formed in one side of the case to be connected to the coupling opening. A rubber gasket(5) is coupled in the coupling opening. A heat discharging unit(6) is coupled to the coupling hole of the case. The heat discharging unit is connected to an electronic control unit(9). An incline is formed in the lower part of the cover. A drain hole(12) is formed in the central surface of the incline. The electronic control unit is fixed in the case by using two supporters and two screws. The electrical connector is directly mounted on the electronic control unit.
