    • An apparatus and a method for controlling a shift of an auto transmission are provided to improve a noise property by differentially controlling a current supplied to a specific solenoid valve. An apparatus for controlling a shift of an auto transmission includes a key contact point detecting part(101), an engine RPM detecting part(102), a speed detecting part(103), an A/D converting part(104), a shift controlling part(105), a memory part(106), and a solenoid valve(107). The key contact point detecting part detects a contact point selected by an ignition key. The engine RPM detecting part detects RPM of an engine. The speed detecting part detects a speed of from the RPM of a transmission output axis. The A/C converting part converts an analog signal provided in the key contact point detecting part, the engine RPM detecting part, and the speed detecting part into a digital signal. The memory part sets a map of a shift pattern and an application program about the shift controlling part and a map which determines a control duty of the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is operated in a PWM duty applied in the shift controlling part, and supplies fluid pressure to a clutch and a brake.

CONSTITUTION: An oil drain control method of an automatic transmission is composed of steps for detecting all operation state-information of a vehicle if an engine starts after the vehicle stops for a constant time with turning off the engine(S101); deciding if the state information of the vehicle satisfies pre-fill time control conditions(S102); computing the drain amount of oil for a present condition and regulating the drain of the oil supplied to a clutch(S103,S104); deciding if a pre-fill time release condition is detected while regulating the drain amount of the oil(S105); controlling hydraulic pressure after completing a pre-fill time control mode for a release condition and deciding if the pre-fill time control is completed for not the release condition(S106); and performing hydraulic controls if the pre-fill time control is finished.

    • PURPOSE: A hydraulic TGS(Transmission Gear System) lever control system and a method thereof are provided to offer convenience to a driver by applying the function of a power steering wheel to the TGS lever of a manual transmission. CONSTITUTION: An angle sensor(2) detects the shifting angle of a TGS lever(1). A vehicle speed and engine rpm detecting unit(3) detects a vehicle speed and an engine rpm. An electronic control unit(4) determines how to drive a hydraulic cylinder(6) for controlling the rotation of a control shaft by comparing the TGS angle and the output signal of the vehicle speed and engine rpm detecting unit. A hydraulic motor(5) selectively operate two hydraulic cylinders installed at both sides of the control shaft by operating with response to the output signal of the electronic control unit. The hydraulic cylinders directly control the rotational frequency of the control shaft by operating with response to the pressure of the fluid supplied from the hydraulic motor.

    • PURPOSE: An on-and-off control method of an automatic transmission for a vehicle is provided to detect power on and off according to load of the vehicle accurately in controlling power-on/power-off of the automatic transmission. CONSTITUTION: A variable against an engine, factors and automatic transmission variables are input(20), and acceleration is calculated with test weight against torque of the engine by program(21). The past velocity is subtracted from the present velocity, and the actual acceleration is calculated with dividing subtracted vehicle speed by hours(22). The actual mass is calculated with actual acceleration and estimating acceleration(23). Load of the vehicle is calculated with actual mass(24), and the torque of the vehicle load is detected to be less than the torque of the engine(25). Power-on is detected in case of the vehicle load torque to be less than the engine torque, and power-off is decided in case of the vehicle load torque to be over the engine torque(27). Shifting quality is improved with detecting power-on/off accurately by detecting the vehicle load torque and the engine load torque.
