摘要： PURPOSE: A photoresist resin composition is provided to facilitate thickness control of thin film patterns according to exposure illumination, to ensure excellent sensitivity, and to be suitable for a column spacer, over coat, and passivaton material of a liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin composition comprises a plurality of photoinitiators with different activating wavelengths, a transparent thin film layer for a liquid crystal display prepared using the photosensitive resin composition, and a liquid crystal display prepared using the transparent thin film layer. As a result of use of the photosensitive resin composition containing two or more kinds of photoinitiators wherein the difference of activating wavelengths of the photoinitiators is 20nm or more, sensitivity is increased and thickness is easily controlled according to exposure illumination.

摘要： Provided is a transparent photosensitive composition, which uses an initiator having an oxime ester group and a triazine groups in one molecule, absorbs UV rays efficiently, and shows excellent sensitivity, residual film ratio, mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance and developing resistance. The transparent photosensitive composition comprises: (a) a triazine-based photoactive compound containing an oxime ester group represented by the following formula(1); (b) a polymerizable compound having ethylenically unsaturated bonds; (c) an alkali soluble resin binder; and (d) a solvent. In formula(1), n is 1 or 2; when n is 1, R is a substituted or non-substituted alkyl, substituted or non-substituted phenyl or alkyl carboxylic acid, and L is H or an alkyl; when n is 2, R is alkylene, phenylene or a specific divalent radical; R' is H, an alkyl, nitrile or phenyl; and X is a substituted or non-substituted arylene, substituted or non-substituted divalent heterocyclic group or a compound represented by the following formula(2). In formula(2), each of Z and Z' is CH2, O, S or CH=CH, wherein R" is H or an alkyl; each of l and m is an integer of 0-2 with the proviso that l+m is not o; A is a single bond, CpH2p, O(CH_2O)p, CH=CH, NR"', S, O, S=O, SO2 or C=O, wherein p is an integer of 1-6, and R"' is H or an alkyl, with the proviso that when l+m=1, A is not a single bond; and each of Y and Y' is H, a halogen atom, CN, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio or morpholino.
