    • PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire improving a bead part, capable of preventing the handling performance declining due to the deformation of an apex in a curing process, is provided to improve durability by preventing the separation of an apex during a high speed driving. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire improving a bead part comprises a bead part(10) and a rim protector(13). The bead part comprises an apex(12) in which a triangle cross-sectional shape. The rim protector is formed between the outer layer of a sidewall and the rim flange of the bead part. The apex forms a vulcanization rubber composition on a core part, which is the central part of the apex. The apex is comprised by forming the non- vulcanization rubber composition at outside to surround the core part. The core part has a thin triangular shape and occupies the total area of apex less than 50%-90%. The vulcanization rubber composition of apex core part and the non-vulcanization rubber composition of apex outer part are made of same rubber composition.

    • PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire is provided to prevent rolling at a top of an apex in a forming operation by reinforcing the apex which is protected with bead reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire comprises: a shoulder part(20) which is formed at both ends of a tire width; a side wall part(30); and a bead part(40) which includes bead reinforcing material(100) which protects a top of an apex. The bead reinforcing material is placed between a carcassply(61), the apex(42), and a bead wire(41). The bead reinforcing material whose thickness is in a range of 0.6mm-0.1mm and which is extended and bent up in order to wrap the bead wire and to open the part of the outer surface of the apex.

    • Provided is a pneumatic tire, in which the sectional shape and the arrangement of bead wires are optimized to raise the rotational rigidity of the entire bead core thereby to suppress the pull-out of a carcass so that the durability of the bead portions can be improved. The pneumatic tire comprises a pair of bead portions (1), a pair of side wall portions, a tread portion extending across the two side wall portions, and a carcass (4) extending in a toroidal shape over those individual portions and folded back around a bead core (2) at its two end portions. The bead wire (3) has such a parallelogram section in a tire width section, that a first acute corner portion (7a) is located on the outer side of a second acute corner portion (7b) in the tire width direction and in the inner side of the tire radius direction, that a first obtuse corner portion (9a) is located on the inner side of a first acute corner portion (7a) in the tire width direction and on the outer side of the tire radius direction, and that a second obtuse corner portion (9b) is located on the inner side of the first acute corner portion (7a) in the tire width direction and at or inside of a position on the same line as that of the first acute angle corner portion (7a) in the tire radius direction.

      종래 비드부(3)에 있어서의 비드필러(31)는 타이어의 조종안정성과 승차성능에 지대한 영향을 주는 구성부품으로써, 비드필러(31)의 높이가 낮은 경우에는 핸들링 성능과 조종안정성이 저하되고, 반대로 비드필러의 높이와 두께를 증가시키는 경우에는 승차감이 불량해지는 이율배반적인 특징이 있었던 바, 본 발명은 트래드부(1)와, 사이드월(2) 및 비드부(3)로 구성되고, 상기 비드부(3)가 비드코어(30)와, 비드코어에 적층설치되는 비드필러(31)로 구성되는 것에 있어서, 상기 비드필러(31)가 서로 다른 직경을 가지는 다수의 링(311)이 일정한 간격으로 순차 적층되고, 적층된 링(311)의 양측면에 고무층(313)을 토핑시켜 구성함으로써, 비틀림강성을 증가시켜 승차감 저하를 최소화시키는 동시에 핸들링 성능을 동시에 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있는 것임.
