    • A method and an apparatus for manufacturing an annular concentric stranded bead cord are provided to wind a side wire with a spiral shape to the circumference of an annular core. The manufacturing apparatus includes a driving unit(10) for rotating an annular core(1) at the normal position toward the circumferential direction. A supply member(20) of a side wire(2) supplies the side wire wound to a reel(21) to a winding member of the annular core. The driving unit includes two pinch rollers(12a,12b) connected with a driving motor. The pinch rollers are installed at a pole(11) on a fixing stand(14). A clamp unit is installed at the pole and surrounds the circumference of the annular core. The clamp unit comprises two rollers(13a,13b), prevents the vibration of the annular core at the front and the rear and maintains the stable circumferential rotation within the vertical surface. Guide rollers(15a,15b) guide the lower portion of the annular core and are installed at an arm(15) horizontally drafted from the pole.

    • A system for producing an annular coaxial stranded bead cord in which speedy winding operation, good winding performance and good shaping performance causing no disturbance in the arrangement of a siding wire (2) are ensured.
