    • PURPOSE: A joint part supporting structure of railroad car truck is provided to prevent the abrasion a supporting pin structure, the increase of a joint clearance of the supporting pin structure and the deterioration of a riding comfort. CONSTITUTION: A joint part supporting structure of railroad car truck comprises an upper supporting part(1) having two fixed brackets(15), a rotation panel and a bar assembly and a lower supporting part(2) having a lower cap, a middle cap, an upper fixed wedge and pin type bolts. The two fixed brackets(15) fix the upper supporting part(1) by being welded to a frame(F) of a joint part. The rotation panel connected to the fixed brackets(15) by bolts mounts thereon a resilient joint elastically allowing a pitching movement occurring by the slope or the dynamic characteristics of a car. The bar assembly connects the rotating panel to both chassis and can be controlled the length thereof. The lower cap mounted between the upper portion of a bolster and the joint part is concave at the middle portion thereof. The middle cap attached between the concave portion and the lower portion of a frame(F) of the joint part is passed through circularly at the middle portion thereof. The upper fixed wedge and pin type bolts fixes the middle cap and the lower cap.

    • The present invention relates to a yaw damper structure for a railway vehicle and, more in detail, to a yaw damper structure for a railway vehicle capable of enhancing high speed running stability when running on a linear section and assuring a flexible curve tracking function when running on a curved section by applying an amplitude sensitive damper, of which attenuation force is varied according to the amplitude, to a yaw damper used for assuring the running stability of the railway vehicle. The present invention provides the amplitude sensitive damper of which attenuation force is varied according to the amplitude of the damper generated when the railway vehicle runs, in the yaw damper structure installed traversely between the truck and the chassis in the railway vehicle.

    • PURPOSE: A method for molding a sealed knuckle for an antiroll bar of a high-speed railroad is provided to minimize friction between contact surfaces around a bearing without directly spreading lubricant, and to have a tolerance against external force which is repetitively applied to materials when heavy load is applied. CONSTITUTION: A method for molding a sealed knuckle for an antiroll bar of a high-speed railroad is as follows. In order to mount a liner on a housing, adhesives are sprayed on the inner diameter of the housing of which the middle part of the outer diameter is recessed and the liner and the liner is inserted into the housing(S-1). A bearing sphere is inserted into the inner diameter where the liner is inserted to cover the exterior of the bearing sphere(S-2). A molded object in which the liner and the bearing sphere are inserted in the housing is coupled to an upper mold after inserting into a lower mold in order to mount on a press(S-3). If a flange of the upper mold mounted on the press presses an attached base surface, the bearing sphere is moved down and the lower end of the bearing sphere is contacted with the lower mold. The molded object mounting on the lower mold presses multiple cylinder pins to the circumference surface. If the cylinder pins presses the circumference surface from the outside to the inside, the outer surface of the housing is pressed so that a bearing surface between the housing and the bearing sphere is integrally molded(S-4). The molded object is mechanically processed in consideration of processing dimension or whether or not to have defect by measuring the exterior of the molded object(S-5).

CONSTITUTION: An anti-roll bar device(300) for a railway vehicle comprises an anti-roll bar(310), links(320), and anti-roll bar supporters(330). The links are supported between the anti-roll bar and a railway vehicle body. The anti-roll bar supporters rotatably support both ends of the anti-roll bar. Each anti-roll bar supporter has an upper cover(340), a lower cover(350), and a bush. The lower covers are installed in the upper covers by inserting the end of the anti-roll bar. The bushes are adhered to gaps between the upper and lower covers and the ends of the anti-roll bar.
