A filling material is composed of unsaturated polyester, calcium carbonate, and a hardening agent. The filling material is inserted into the inside of the mold. The filling material inserted into the inside of the mold is hardened. A molded article is separated from the mold and heated.

    • PURPOSE: An upper plate for an artificial marble table and a forming method thereof are provided to reduce the weight of the upper plate, reduce manufacturing costs, and increase impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: A forming method of an upper plate for an artificial marble table comprises following steps. Curable unsaturated polyester resin is applied in the cavity of a mold(M). A gel coat layer(1) is formed. The cavity of the mold is filled with artificial marble composition(2) that contains inorganic particles, a first filling layer is formed, a non-woven fabric(2-2) is laminated on the first filling layer, and the first filling layer is formed, the cavity is filled the artificial marble composition, and a second filling layer(2-3) is formed. A protrusion is formed at the center of the second filling layer of the artificial marble composition. A mold cover(C) is put on the mold and is pressed, a cavity enclosed by the artificial marble, and the mold cover is removed. A panel(4) is combined with the artificial marble cavity by a binder(3). A completely molded product is separated from the mold.

    • PURPOSE: A high-viscous bulk resin block, a high-viscous bulk resin block injecting apparatus, and a composite material manufacturing method using the same are provided to improve productivity by preventing a lowering of resin fluidity due to the suction of a work table and a vacuum bag when the inside of the vacuum bag is vacuumized. CONSTITUTION: A high-viscous bulk resin block injecting apparatus(100) comprises a work table(110), a vacuum bag(120), a vacuum pump(130), a heating device(140), and an attachment preventing unit(150). The vacuum bag forms a closed space on the upper side of the work table. The vacuum pump selectively creates the vacuum atmosphere inside the vacuum bag and forces the flow of the low viscosity resin. The heating device heats the inside of the vacuum bag. The attachment preventing unit keeps the constant shape inside the vacuum bag and limits the contact between the vacuum bag and the work table.
