    • 본 고안은 중장비의 엔진룸 공기소통 장치에 관한 것으로, 중장비의 엔진룸을 이루는 본넷과 사이드 커버에 형성되어 엔진룸의 내부에 설치된 라디에터와 오일 냉각기를 냉각시키는데 필요한 공기를 흡입 및 배출하는 공기소통로의 앞쪽에 공기통로가 형성된 격벽이 브라켓에 의해 소정의 간격을 두고 설치되어 있으면서, 상기 격벽의 공기통로가 본넷 및 사이드 커버에 형성된 공기소통로와 지그재그형으로 배치되도록 한 구조로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 구조로 이루어진 본 고안은 중장비의 엔진룸으로 흡입되는 공기 또는 배출되는 공기가 본넷 또는 사이드 커버의 공기소통로와 격벽의 공기통로를 지그재그로 통과하게 함으로써, 엔진룸으로 공기가 흡입되거나 토출될 때 공기의 흐름으로 인한 소음이 발생되지 않게 하면서 최대한의 공기가 소통되어지게 하여 냉각효과를 증대시킬 수가 있는 것이다.

    • PURPOSE: An assembling structure of a side cover of an engine room for construction equipment is provided to reduce a workforce by guiding a guide channel at the both sides of a side cover without an extra bolting or bending process. CONSTITUTION: An assembling structure of a side cover of an engine room for construction equipment comprises a main body frame(11), a pair of guide channel(20), a side cover(30) and an inner guide. The main body frame has a side wall frame(12) which is extended to the front side of the engine room(10) and a space for the engine room inside. The pair of guide channel has a mounting slot which one side is opened, is adhered to the upper and lower direction of the engine room on the sidewall frame. The side cover has the slide wing(31) at which is coupled at the mounting slot of the guide channel on both sides, and forms a front wall of the engine room. The inner guide is adhered inside the guide channel and absorbs an impact which is generated between the inner wall of a slide wing and the guide channel.

CONSTITUTION: A method for regenerating the DPF of a constructing machine comprises following steps. Whether pilot shut-off signals are inputted or not is determined if forcibly regenerating signals are inputted(S101). The mode of forcibly regenerating the DPF is performed if the pilot shut-off signals are inputted(S103). If the pilot shut-off signals are not inputted, the mode of forcibly regenerating the DPF is not performed. In case that the pilot shut-off signals are not inputted, warning signs are displayed on a display unit(S102). A device for regenerating the DPF comprises a forcibly regenerating switch, a fuel injection switch, a pilot shut-off switch, and a controller.

    • PURPOSE: A vacuum compressor and a turbine generator structure are provided to rapidly increase the temperature of exhaust gas by applying non-work loads to an engine which are not the real work loads of construction equipment. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum compressor and a turbine generator structure comprise an engine(110), a DPF(diesel particle filter)(130), a diesel oxidation catalyst unit(140), a fuel feeding unit(150), and a unit for forcibly generating loads. The DPF is placed in an exhaust line(120), in which exhaust gas from the engine is discharged outside. The diesel oxidation catalyst unit is placed in front of the DPF. The fuel feeding unit injects the fuel, which exoergic-reacts with DOC(Diesel oxidation catalysts) into the front of the DOC unit. The unit for forcibly generating the loads provides non-work loads to the engine. The unit for forcibly generating the loads comprises a pan pump(160). The pan pump randomly discharges working oil when the DPF is forcibly operated while the pan pump generates the non work load. Consequently, the engine discharges the exhaust gas with a higher temperature than the predetermined temperature.
