    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling stock controller giving a proximity alarm, diverting a turnout, and securing block of a single track section without requiring any main power and facilitating introduction of equipment. SOLUTION: Multiple ground elements (tags) 210 transmitting point information to a rolling stock passing the vicinity are distributed in the vicinity of a track. An on-vehicle device reading the point information from the ground elements (tags) 210 and transmitting it toward a ground radio antenna 21 is provided to a rolling stock 230. Information received by the ground radio antenna 32 and showing the position of each rolling stock on the track is collected in a logic unit 30. The logic unit 30 always grips the positions of all the rolling stocks on the tracks and operating a field apparatus such as a signal light and a point for performing direction control. A distance between the rolling stocks is monitored for transmitting a proximity alarm or the like to the corresponding rolling stock via radio communication.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out signal light aspect control and a rolling stock presence detection by means of a simple strwcture and to carry out information transmission and direction control by sending a modulated signal wave to a transmitter unit by means a modulation unit on the basis of an information signal sent from an information output unit and transmitting the information outputted from the modulation unit to each track circuit by means of a transmitter unit. SOLUTION: A modulation unit 18 modulates a carrier wave with a frequency f2 generated in a carrier wave generation unit 17 with an information signal, which shoes the up directional advance aspect and is provided with a frequency fGU, so as to send it to a transmitter unit 19. The modulated wave, which carries an information signal with a frequency fGU and is provided with a frequency f2 , is transmitted by means of the transmitter unit 19 to track circuit 1T, 2T via a matching transformer 7. The modulated wave with a frequency f2 transmitted to the track circuit 2T is received by a receiving unit 11 of a track circuit device 6b arranged in the boundary between the track circuit 2T and the track circuit 3T. By means of a similar process, a modulated wave, which is provided by modulating a carrier wave with a frequency f3 by the information signal showing the up direction advance aspect and possessing a frequency fGU, is transmitted from the transmitter unit 19 of the track circuit device 6 to the track circuits 2T, 3T.

    • PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the facility cost and electric power consumption by providing a vehicular device with an inside signal apparatus on a train, station devices at adjacent stations respectively, and train position detecting ground coils on running paths on the other station sides near individual stations respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a train starts, a block request direction is transmitted from the station device 10 of a departure station to an arrival station via a cable. The arrival station judges the nonapproval or approval of the departure for the train depending on whether another train exists between the departure station and the arrival station. If the departure is approved, the departure approval direction is transmitted to the station device 10 of the departure station. The station device 10 of the departure station then transmits the departure approval signal to a vehicular device 1 by radio, and the departure signal G is displayed on the inside signal apparatus of the vehicular device 1. The train is thereby allowed to depart. When the train passes a train position detecting ground coil near the arrival station, the station device 10 of the arrival station receives the position information from the vehicular device 1 by radio and transmits the switch information in the arrival station to the vehicular device 1 for the signal display.
