    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for manufacturing a tire with a tube having an elastic resin composition injected therein, which simply and inexpensively manufactures the tire with the tube having the elastic resin composition injected therein.
      SOLUTION: The device of manufacturing the tire includes a holder which holds the tire T' with the tube in an externally fitted state and can be divided into two annular members 1A, 1B, and a fixture which fixes the two annular members in the butted state to make the holder 2. The fixture has a holding member 8 for holding the two annular members in the butted state from the inner peripheral side, a bolt member 10 which is inserted from the outer peripheral side of the two annular members into a through-hole 9 provided on the holding member, and a nut member 11 screwed in the bolt member. The holder is provided with an insertion hole 12 having the bolt member inserted therein, and a hole 15 for an introduction pipe having the introduction pipe 14 inserted therein which is fixed to the tube 13 and used for an injection of the elastic resin composition P.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for producing a resin molding which is easy of size control and uniform in material strength, an apparatus for the method, and the resin molding. SOLUTION: In the method using the apparatus 10, when a synthetic resin 24 containing a glass filler is charged in a mold 12, ultrasonic vibrators 48 and 50 are vibrated ultrasonically at a prescribed frequency so that the volume of the resin 24 is reduced by tapping. Next, the ultrasonic vibrators 48 and 50 are vibrated at a higher frequency so that the particles of the resin 24 are subjected to mutual friction to melt the resin 24 by the frictional heat. Although the resin molding is formed by cooling the resin 24 after the resin 24 being melted, since the resin 24 is not pressurized during charging and fluidized in the mold 12, the fibrous glass filler can be oriented in all directions.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for directly obtaining an FRP molded article by utilizing a molding method for a preform which uses a robot arm type gun device by a computer control.
