摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a homogeneously mixed slurry or a dehydrated product (e.g. a dehydrated cake) by wet mixing a plurality of powders different in specific gravity, especially a method suitable for homogeneously mixing an iron oxide powder with a carbon powder. SOLUTION: A powder mixture containing a powder with a low specific gravity and a powder having a high specific gravity is suspended in water, and the resultant slurry is put into an agitation tank and mixed by causing a descending flow in the slurry at the central side of the agitation tank and an ascending flow in the slurry at the peripheral side. Here, by agitating while maintaining the slurry flow rate of the ascending flow at a suitable rate or higher, a homogeneous composition is obtained. A slurry produced by this method is sent through a liquid transport pipeline to a dehydrator to dehydrate therewith, thus giving a dehydrated cake.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-cost deflocculant for a slurry excellent in dispersibility and preservability by using a zeolite having monovalent cation releasing ability. SOLUTION: A slurry used in ceramic molding is prepared by using a ceramic material of 0.01-500 μm average particle diameter such as porcelain clay, kaolin feldspar, silica, powder of potsherd, alumina, sericite or talc, a solvent such as water, and a zeolite of 0.01-500 μm average particle diameter having monovalent cation releasing ability as a deflocculant. The amount of the zeolite is 0.01-20 wt.% of the amount of the ceramic material. The concentration of the ceramic material is appropriately about 50-85 wt.%. Since the deflocculant for the slurry releases monovalent cations that contribute to dispersibility in the solvent or adsorbs or ion-exchanges multivalent cations that hinder dispersion while releasing monovalent cations, the ceramic powder is efficiently dispersed in the slurry. The deflocculant is excellent also in work efficiency, and steps after the preparation of the slurry are shortened.

CONSTITUTION:This slurry is obtained by disintegrating an ultrafine particle material into a nearly primary particle state when the ultrafine particle material (e.g. silica fume and slaked lime), a dispersant and water are mixed. Further, after the ultrafine particle material, water and 0.5wt.% of ethylene glycol or amine dispersant are disintegrated and stirred with a disintegrator, a melamine-, a polycarboxylic acid- or lignin-based dispersant is preferably added at the final stage in an amount of 3-4wt.% because this enables the improvement of disintegration efficacy. An example of the disintegrator includes a stirring- type ball mill, etc. Disintegration time is selected from a rage from 30min to 5hr depending on particle characteristics.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the strength of the sintered ceramics by stirring ceramic powder, a powdery sintering auxiliary agent and water into a slurry and peptize them with a high-speed shear flow and/or a high-speed contract flow and sintering the molded products therefrom. CONSTITUTION:In a mixing tank, a ceramic powder of Si3N4 of less than 3mum average particle size and less than 30mum maximum size, a powdery sintering aid such as Y2O3 in an amount of 30 to 55vol.% in total and water in an amount of 70 to 45vol.% and ammonia are mixed to prepare a slurry of pH at 8 to 11. Then, the slurry is introduced into a slurry mixer moving by a relative high speed and equipped with the first comb-like ZrO2 stirring blade 11 having a plurality of teeth arranging in a slit width (13) of more than 0.1mm and the second comb blade 12 provided at a place with a gap of 0.1 to 5mm (14) from the first blade 11, to peptize the coagulated particles 15 without grinding to prepare a high-dispersion slurry substantially composed of primary particles 16. Then the slurry is compression-cast into a mold, which is dried and sintered in an nitrogen atmosphere to give the objective sintered Si3N4 of high quality.

As the green sheet to be mixed, waste sheet, which is developed at the cutting of the sheet in accordance with the dimensions of sintered body, can be used. The preferable mixing range of the waste sheet to 100 pts.wt. of the sum of the aluminum nitride powder, surface-active agent, binder and organic solvent is 1-50 pts.wt. or preferably 10-40 pts.wt.

Since the powdery and granular body bonded to the resin is made into a flock by crosslinking the same with a polyacrylamide series polymeric compound, it becomes that even a coarse mesh net can perform taking-in of the resin sufficiently effectively. While leaving behind sufficiently a merit such as fire resistance or weather resistance by the mineral series powdery and granular body of main raw materials, softness which is possessed by the resin is used sufficiently and a defect of a conventional mineral series sheet-made plate that the same is easily crackable and has bad processability is eliminated.
