摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for removing oil from a scale of fine particles containing a lubricating oil, and the like, which is produced in a steelmaking process and a metal processing process, and a metal powder with oil stuck thereto, which is produced in the metal processing process, wherein deoiling processing is carried out so that fine particles containing oil are economically reused in recycling. SOLUTION: Fine particles containing oil and water are mixed together to form a slurry, and the slurry is fed to a centrifugal separator, where the slurry is processed by a centrifugal force 300 times or more greater than gravitational acceleration, whereby water is separated from oil. For the condition when water is separated from oil, means for adjusting the volume ratio of slurry particles to water, and adjusting the relation between the centrifugal force and the residence time in the centrifugal separator is used to efficiently carry out the processing.

Here, by agitating while maintaining the slurry flow rate of the ascending flow at a suitable rate or higher, a homogeneous composition is obtained. A slurry produced by this method is sent through a liquid transport pipeline to a dehydrator to dehydrate therewith, thus giving a dehydrated cake.
