    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating food baking machine, that can thermally efficiently bake a large volume of a baked material inside a baking chamber of an oven while automatically and intermittently moving metal molds as baked material receivers.SOLUTION: Inside of the baking chamber (6) of the oven (T) through which the baked material forming metal molds (M) pass is heated and retained at atmospheric temperature always higher than a target baking temperature of the baked material (1) by a helical electromagnetic induction heating coil (8) wound around the periphery. A blower fan (20) within the baking chamber (6) is rotated at high speed based on a detection output signal of the sensor (36) for the period till the detected temperature reaches the target baking temperature, and the hot air is directly blown to the metal molds (M).
