    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gearshift device of an automatic transmission, which improve a gear transmission speed by simplifying the shift operation process of an arm integrated with a shift member at the time of gearshift to permit gearshift operationality to be improved. SOLUTION: There is provided a device which is equipped with a shift member 55 formed with a shaft 50 arranged in a select direction and the arm 51 protruding from the shaft 50, shift forks 21 to 23 by which a shift operation is performed, and a shift lug member 401 protruding from a shift rail member 40 arranged in the shift direction sf and in which a shift transmission gear is shifted by the shift forks 21 to 23 by moving the arm to perform selecting and shifting to press the shift lug member. In the device, the shift lug member 401 is formed with a pillar, and the arm 51 selects the shift lug member and then swings around a select axis line to apply a pressing force Ps from one side of the pillar to shift the shift forks interlocked with the shift lug member.
