A re-vaporization vessel 5 is arranged between the heat exchanger 2 and the vaporizer 3 so that second BOG is generated in the re-vaporization vessel 5 and sent to a nitrogen removal unit 6 through a line L3 to remove nitrogen gas in the second BOG.
