    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold water mixer which can shorten a distance and a time between respective valves of hot water and cold water up to the mixing of hot water and cold water when performing equalizing during mixing in a short time by mixing the hot water and cold water by making them generate swirl flows.SOLUTION: The hot and cold water mixer comprises a body 1 having a mixing chamber 6 for mixing hot water and cold water therein. A cold-water valve 3 for adjusting a cold water flow rate and a hot-water valve 4 for adjusting a hot water flow rate are arranged in the body 1 so that discharge ports are disposed opposite each other. The mixer comprises a cold water flow-in port 13 formed at the suction side of the cold-water valve 3 and a hot water flow-in port 14 formed at the suction side of the hot-water valve 4. The mixer comprises a flow-out port which communicatively formed in the mixing chamber 6 of the body 1. The mixer comprises a cold water swirling part 16 which is formed between the cold water flow-in port 13 and the cold-water valve 3, and makes the cold water flowing into the cold-water valve 3 generate the swirl flow, and a hot water swirling part 17 which is formed between the hot water flow-in port 14 and the hot-water valve 4, and makes the hot water flowing into the hot-water valve 4 generate the swirl flow.

    • PURPOSE:To easily perform switch operation by light operating force by utilizing an insertion gap with a rod for interlocking two valves to keep the connection between an inside chamber and an outside chamber of a valve chest. CONSTITUTION:An inside chamber and an outside chamber which are partitioned by respective valves 7, 8 are kept connecting each other through insertion gap 13 between a rod 6 and the values 7, 8. When a valve is switched to a position to let out compressed air from an air outlet 11, not from an air outlet 12 disposed on the second valve chamber 3, the pressure receive area is same at both end surfaces of the first valve 7, and as compressed ar does not work upon the outside of a valve seat 13 in the second valve 8, the valve can be self-locked at that position. At the point of time of second valve 8 floats from a valve seat 10, there is no difference in pressure receive area for the compressed air so that the rod 6 can be moved by light force.
