    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting the deterioration in responsiveness of a control object, even in a control system using nonlinear control such as response designating type control.
      SOLUTION: This device for detecting the deterioration in the responsiveness of the control object, respectively detects first output and second output of a different kind from the first output as a first measured value and a second measured value on output of the control object, and is provided with a first controller for calculating a second target value of the second output by the nonlinear control for converging the first measured value in a first target value, and a second controller connected to output of the first controller and calculating an operation quantity for converging the second measured value in the second target value by linear control expressible as a transfer function by receiving the second target value. The operation quantity is impressed on the control object. A value provided by applying a synthetic transfer function of synthesizing the transfer function of the second controller and a transfer function of the control object to the second target value, is also calculated as an estimate value of second output, and the deterioration in the responsiveness of the control object is detected based on a deviation between the estimate value and the second measured value.
