    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a bellows tube improving the quality of the bellows tube by not forming a joint such as a parting line or a level difference in a hollow cylindrical base material in bellows forming operation.
      SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the bellows tube includes a power generating part, an outer mold having at least one bellows forming gear formed with wavy bellows forming part on the outer peripheral surface and arranged to rotate while revolving around the hollow cylindrical base material transferred from an injection molding part, to form bellows shape on the hollow cylindrical base material, and a power transmission part for transmitting power of the power generating part to the bellows forming gear of the outer mold.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pipe coupling and a manufacturing device of the pipe coupling, superior in productivity, capable of providing stable quality, and capable of easily coping with a case of changing the thickness of a water cut-off sheet stuck to the pipe coupling and a case of desiring to change pressing force for pressing the sheet to a pipe body.
      SOLUTION: This pipe coupling manufacturing device 10 is provided for inserting core metal 21 into a pipe 3 with a spiral groove of prearranging a water-expansive sheet on an inner peripheral surface by operating a core metal sliding cylinder 29. Next, the pipe coupling manufacturing device 10 rotates the pipe 3 with the spiral groove in its state by pressing the water-expansive sheet to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe 3 with the spiral groove by the core metal 21 by operating a core metal pressing cylinder 23. The core metal 21 presses the water-expansive sheet over the whole periphery of the inner peripheral surface of the pipe 3 with the spiral groove in response to rotation of the pipe 3 with the spiral groove.
