    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a quality stable molding product even if directly supplying to a heating cylinder a powder material such as pellets and a powder material without fully mixing them using an in-line screw type injection molding device.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 27 is inserted into a tip of a heating cylinder 13. During a measurement process, a small amount of granule biomass 45 and a small amount of a powder additive 46 are supplied to a hopper 40 lying at an inlet 28 from constant feeders 52 and 54. Right below the inlet 28, a material is supplied through certain periods of time with a space in the heating cylinder. A controller 25 calculates a backing power PJ of a screw 14, based on a pressure value detected with the pressure sensor 27, and controls a driving unit 18 so that the power multiplied by a coefficient K (1.2 to 2.0) becomes a driving power PH added to the screw 14.
