    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving mechanism capable of realizing a smooth motion, and a moving mechanism control method capable of allowing the mechanism to follow a target path. SOLUTION: A steering 1S is arranged on a regular triangle base 1 of a moving mechanism 10, three hinges 2A, 2B, 2C are provided corresponding to three apexes of the base 1, and links 3A, 3B, 3C with steering 3AS, 3BS, 3CS mounted thereon are arranged corresponding to the three hinges 2A, 2B, 2C. The regular triangle base 1 of the moving mechanism 10 is moved or rotated by periodically performing the drive of the three hinges 2A, 2B, 2C and the steering of the four kinds of steering 1S, 3AS, 3BS, 3CS by an actuator.
