    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering system for supplying an operation oil by an electric pump, assisting a steering operation, and capable of suppressing the caught feeling of the steering operation caused by the lack of an steering force at down-sloping, and the shortage of the responsiveness of the steering operation caused by the excess of a steering force at rise-sloping, and to provide a vehicle mounted with the same, its control method and an electric motor.SOLUTION: A power steering system comprises: an electric pump 11 for supplying fluid to a power steering 13 which assists the steering performance of a steering ring 4a; an ECU 5 for controlling a supply amount of the fluid by the number of revolutions of the electric pump 11. The ECU 5 comprises a first means which calculates the number of standby-revolutions N0 of the electric pump 11 according to a vehicle speed Vn when a vehicle 1 is at the down-sloping or the rise sloping, calculates the number of standby-revolutions N0' corrected by a slope correction value Nx which is calculated according to a slope angle θ or a vehicle angle θn, and controls the electric pump 11 so that the electric pump may reach the number of standby-revolutions N0' at hill start.
