The armature 7 comprises a first armature 8 arranged to face the yoke 5 and the second armature 9 also serving as the cam member 16. The magnetic path cross-sectional area of a first magnetic circuit C1 formed by the first armature 8 is smaller than the magnetic path cross-sectional area of a second magnetic circuit C2 formed by the second armature 9.
