    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb relative displacement caused between a seat and a lock device installed on a vehicle body side by preventing abnormal load between a striker provided on the seat and a structure holding the striker at a standing attitude position, and by preventing upsizing of the structure.
      SOLUTION: This invention relates to a lock structure of a storable seat for a vehicle. The striker 11 provided in a member on the seat side is engaged with the lock device provided in a member on the vehicle body side, thereby retaining the seat at a storage position. The striker 11 is tiltably and rotatably journalled to the seat, and is raised by traction of an operation cable 18 when the seat is moved to be stored. The relative rotational position of the striker 11 to a rotating member 12 is elastically held by elastic actions of a raising spring 15 or a rubber member 17 provided between the striker and the rotating member 12. Thus, the rotational displacement of the striker 11 both in normal and reverse directions in a state in which the rotational position of the rotating member 12 is fixed is allowed elastically.

      SOLUTION: The arranging structure is for the operating member 10 operating a reclining device 4 equipped to a vehicular seat 1. The operating member 10 is pulled out from a pulling-out port formed on the back surface 2 side of the seat back 2 and arranged in a vertical direction thereof, and a lower end portion is fixed to the back surface 2B of the seat back 2. Also, the operating member 10 is always stretched from the pulling-out port to the inner direction of the seatback 2 to contact with the back surface 2B.
