      SOLUTION: The airbag is formed in a bag-shape by first and second panel sheets 21, 22. The first panel sheet 21 is equipped with a first polygonal area 21a making one side surface of the airbag, and the second panel sheet 22 is equipped with a second polygonal area 23 making other side surface of the airbag 20 and a bonding area extending along the peripheral edge of the polygonal area 23. The bonding area is composed of a side part bonding part 30 connected to a peripheral edge part of the first polygonal area 21a and a top part bonding part 32 located at each top part of the second polygonal area 23. In both panel sheets 21, 22, both polygonal areas 21a, 23 are opposedly disposed with their each side, and one side surface of the first panel sheet 21 and the other side surface of the second panel sheet 22 are bonded in the side part bonding part 30. The top bonding part 32 forms an overlapped piece 36 by being folded and bonded at the mountain fold line 35.
