      SOLUTION: A broadcasting station 10 broadcasts a digital broadcast signal to a receiver 20 by using part of a transmission band 30 and also broadcasts a CM source file to the receiver 20 by using an idle band in the transmission band 30. The receiver 20 stores the CM source file sent through the free band in the transmission band 30 from the broadcasting station 10 to a storage device 26 in the receiver 20 and selects a CM source file with a proper time length among a plurality of CM source files stored in the storage device 26 within the time storing storage type program data to the storage device 26 during viewing of a program and reads and allows a display section 24 to reproduce and display the selected CM source file.

      SOLUTION: Simplified information, regarding contents of commodities which are provided by CS broadcast, is provided by data broadcast and received, viewed and heard with a portable receiving terminal 30, while a viewer is absent. When viewing and hearing detailed information are desired, the viewer shows a discrimination code which can be obtained, when the viewer buys the commodity and a terminal ID. In a procedure of obtaining the detailed information, access to an internet service provider 50 is performed via a portable telephone 40, and the detailed information is subjected to down load from a server. Access to a server 110, which is installed in a convenience store and to which the detailed information has been distributed is performed by using wireless LAN or the like, and downloading of the detailed information is performed. Further, the detailed information of CS broadcast can be downloaded from a CS receiver 82, via a storage dock 90 at one's home.

Out of the effective scanning lines,only twice the effective scanning lines of the standard system is regarded as the scanning lines to be converted and converted into the standard system 265.2X2 scanning lines by line inserting technique. On the other hand, the effective scanning lines of the high quality television system are longer than the standard system in the horizontal direction, so that the effective pictures of the horizontal direction is cut off by about 10% on both the sides respectively so as to convert the aspect ratio from 5:3 to 4:3 and about 80% effective picture is obtained.

    • PURPOSE: To realize line soft chromakey while a separated color signal is a digital signal as it is by processing a digitized color TV signal digitally.
      CONSTITUTION: The color signal C(t)(=I, Q) is separated and extracted from the color TV signal SA(t) and a difference signal generating circuit 24 obtains a chromakey signal from the difference between said signal and reference signals I' and Q'. In this case, an evaluating circuit 25 standardizes differences between I, Q, and I', Q' as shown in a figure (a) and calculates the geometric means as to deviation from a reference color to be extracted to define an evaluation function G for determining the degree of sampling. This function G is the chromakey signal. Further, a chroma signal generating circuit 27 generates a chroma signal from said color signals I and Q. A comparator 28 compares the chroma signal with a variable threshold value at a terminal 29 and a latch 30 with output control controls the chromakey signal of the circuit 25 by using the comparison result. A key signal L(t) for color removal is generated from the chromakey and color signal and a color component area is extracted to generate a key signal N(t) for screen composition from the key signal.
