    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce oil consumption through a meeting gap in a combined oil ring having upper and lower rails integrally constituted.
      SOLUTION: The combined oil ring 1 is comprised of a steel oil ring 2 with a generally I-shaped cross section including the upper and lower rails 6, 7 joined by a web 8 for sliding on an inner circumferential surface 10 of a cylinder 9, and a coil expander 3 to press the oil ring 2 radially outwards. The combined oil ring 1 contains a seal member 14 comprising a wire material of a rectangular cross section for sealing the meeting gap of the oil ring 2 and capable of making contact with the upper rail 6 in an outer circumferential groove 12 formed by the web 8 and the upper and lower rails 6, 7. The seal member 14 may include a structure where the edge of the seal member 14 is bent, and hooked in a window hole 13 formed on the web 8 of the oil ring 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-oxide fuel cell device suppressing unevenness of power generation outputs in the length direction of a stack and advantageous in enhancing the power generation output of the stack.
      SOLUTION: The solid-oxide fuel cell device includes an exhaust gas passage 7 through which exhaust gas subjected to power generation reaction of a stack 2 which is formed by assembling fuel cells 20 in the length direction is exhausted. The exhaust gas passage 7 includes a dividing chamber group 79 formed with a plurality of dividing chambers 7f, 7s, 7t formed by dividing the stack 2 in the length direction; and a resistance member 100. The resistance member 100 increasing pressure drop in the exhaust gas than that in other dividing chambers is arranged in a high temperature-side dividing chamber where temperature in a state that the resistance member 100 is not arranged is relatively higher than that of other dividing chambers out of the dividing chamber group 79. The resistance member 100 increases evenness of the temperature of the exhaust gas in the length direction of the stack 2.
