    • PURPOSE:To enhance disposing accuracy, by detecting the temperatures of a workpiece and a feeder, and heating or cooling the workpiece or the feeder so as to obviate the difference of the amount of expansion and contraction owing to the temperature difference. CONSTITUTION:A workpiece 4 is rested on a movable carriage 7, and the movable carriage 7 is transferred by a ball screw 8 and a ball nut 6, so that the workpiece 4 is disposed. The temperatures of the workpiece 4 and the ball screw 8 are respectively detected by a workpiece temperature detector 5 and ball screw temperature detectors 11, and they are inputted to a controller 13. An electromagnetic valve 10 is controlled by the controller so as to obviate the temperature difference of the work piece and respective portions of the ball screw, so that a uniform temperature is obtained by hot blast or cold blast blowers 12. Thus, the amount A of the expansion and contraction of the workpiece becomes equal to the amount B of the expansion and contraction of the ball screw, so that disposing accuracy is enhanced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of locking a connection part to a fixed part which prevents the locking part from unlocking even if some rotative force is acted on the fixed part, by rotating the connection part in a state that the connection part is fitted to the fixed part.
      SOLUTION: A locking recess 13 for regulating a rotation of a contact part 2 (connection part) at locking position is installed at an operation part 1 (fixed part), and a locking member 3 having a locking nail capable of fitting into the locking recess 13 is movement (in back and forth direction) freely installed at the contact part 2. It is constructed so that the locking member 3 moves to connection 2 in relation to reverse orientation side when the contact part 2 is fitted into the operation part 1, and the locking member 3 moves towards forward orientation by the elastic force of a compressed coil spring 4 when the contact part 2 is rotated to a locking position, and the locking nail 31 of the locking member 3 fits into the locking recess 13 of the operation part 1.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a safety switch contact mechanism to prevent happening of troubles due to apparatuses by making a contact point turn on to drive an apparatus only when an actuator is locked by a switch main body. CONSTITUTION:Following an operation rod 1 proceeds due to admission of an actuator, two front and back movable pieces 4, 5 for contact point connection and a stopper 6 move and when the stopper comes up to a pad part 7, the front movable piece 5 stops moving. When the operation rod 1 moves further forward, it contracts a middle spring 12 and rotates the pad part downward and the actuator is locked. Then, when the contact between a regular face of the pad part 7 and the regular face of the moving stopper 6 is disconnected, the front movable piece 5 springs forward due to the resilient force of the middle spring 12 and both ends of the piece 5 comes to have a contact with a fixed contact point 3 in the front side through a movable contact point 5a and the movable piece 5 side becomes ON. Consequently, even thou a door is not completely shut, the inside of an apparatus is prevented from turning on state.
