摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive omission of tool changing time in making a rotary tool not necessary to be changed at every process as well as to shorten a span of time for a work setting change. CONSTITUTION:This machine tool 10 is provided with plural spindles 25a attached with plural types of rotary tools being used in respective machining stages, a spindle relative shifting mechanism relatively shifting each spindle 25a to a work W in a preset route, and two jigs 32 and 34 positioning the work W and clamping it tight, respectively. In a state that one jig 34 is positioned to a machining position, another jig 32 is positioned to a standby position, and in this constitution, this machine tool is also provided with a work travel positioning mechanism 30 traveling these jigs 32 and 34 from the machining position to the standby position and vice versa at the preset timing.

The tip of a sliding shaft 7 axially piercing the inside of the spindle 2 so as to be rotated integrally with the spindle 2 while being relatively movable in the axial direction is fixedly provided with a movable side cutter 9 facing the fixed side cutter 6 in front of the fixed side cutter 6. The sliding shaft 7 is moved forward/backward by a wedge 10 wedged between the fixed members 1 and the sliding shaft 7 to adjust a facing space between the fixed side cutter 6 and the movable side cutter 9.

As a result, the tapered projected part 14s and the tapered recessed part 12t practically do not wear with time. The positioning accuracy for the cutting tool 14 is not reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate phase adjustment in re-engagement of male and female spline shafts by omitting a tooth in either one of the male and female shafts, and filling resin, with which teeth are coated, in the omitted tooth position. CONSTITUTION:A male shaft 2 having outer teeth 21 on the outer periphery thereof is slidably engaged with a female shaft 3 having inner teeth 31 on the inner circumference. One of the inner teeth 31 of the female shaft 3 is omitted. The outer teeth 21 of the male shaft 2 is coated with resin 4, and the omitted tooth portion is filled with the resin 4. Consequently, teeth 211, 212 formed integrally can provide a wide tooth 22 as a phase adjuster. Therefore, attention need not be paid to phase adjustment at the time of resin coating. Furthermore, the same shape of all the inner and outer teeth 31, 21 makes the engagement smooth in re-engagement after pulling out, thereby reducing manhours for the work.

CONSTITUTION:The casting material containing the composition of (A) and (B) is injected into the clearance between the bearing 1 of an outer spline and the inner spline shaft 2 fitted into said bearing 1 and supported rotatably or freely reciprocatably, and then said material is polymerized and cured. Consequently, resin lining 3 is formed on the surface of the shaft or the bearing. Here, the composition A is the omega-lactam liquid containing the polymerizing catalyst of the compound of alkali metal or alkali earth metal, and the composition B is the omega-lactam liquid containing at least two end groups of lactam shown by the formula (I) and at least one lactam polymerization initiator containing elastomer skeleton derived from telechelic polyamine containing at least two amino groups of primary or secondary one.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make possible to simply press-fit a socket, by plastically deforming the cylindrical opening end side part of an upper sheet into a spherical shape in the inner peripheral direction with the use of a predetermined jig so that the above-mentioned opening side has a diameter which is less than the opening diameter of hollow section of a socket. CONSTITUTION:An upper sheet 7 adapted to be fitted in a socket 2 has one end formed in a cylindrical shape and a part axially extending in a predetermined length from its cylindrical opening end, which serves as a press-fit section 14 subjected to deformation in conformity with the spherical section 4 of a ball stud 1. The press-fit section 14 is plastically deformed into a spherical shape before a lower sheet 8 and the ball stud 1 are assembled to the upper sheet 7. That is, the press-fit section 14 is drawn into the spherical surface 20 side of a jig 19, being guided by the chamfered section of the jig 19, until it abuts against the stopper surface 22 of the jig 19, thereby it is plastically deformed into the spherical shape. In this case, the fabricated amount of the upper sheet 7 is such a degree that it may be fitted therein with the lower sheet 8 and the spherical section of the ball stud 1.
