    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a technology with which welding conditions in a welding apparatus can be adjusted in the course of actual welding and set to optimum welding conditions in a short period of time, without greatly modifying an existing arc welding system, and further the welding conditions can be investigated easily.
      SOLUTION: The invented arc welding system 10 comprises a control system 31 which produces welding signals on the basis of one or more of welding conditions memorized beforehand, an arc welding condition adjusting device 41 which corrects the welding signals produced by the control system 31 to corrected welding signals, and a welding apparatus 60 which performs arc welding on the basis of the corrected welding signals corrected by the arc welding condition adjusting device 41 so that the correction value of the corrected welding signals by the arc welding condition adjusting device 41 can be changed in the course of arc welding by the welding apparatus 60.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a compact economical transfer machine by reciprocating a workpiece with a workpiece transfer device while sequentially working the workpiece in the process of the reciprocation. CONSTITUTION:When a workpiece 20 is furnished from a furnishing position A to the start point of an advancing path, it is intermittently fed in the advancing path by a transfer bar 14 to be sequentially subject to predetermined workings by a plurality of working units 58 provided on three working stations 12 with respect to one surface, i.e. working surface directed leftward of the workpiece 20. The workpiece, upon reaching the terminal end of advancing path, is reversed by a reversal device 24 with respect to the left and right to be transferred to the return path. Then, the workpiece is intermittently fed on the return path by the transfer bar 16 while the working surface directed rightward of the workpiece 20 located on the return path is further subjected to predetermined workings by a plurality of working units 58 provided on three working stations 12. Thereafter, the workpiece is delivered to a delivery position B. Thus, the total length of the machine is shortened and a return conveyer is dispensed with so that the machine can be compactly economically constituted.
