    • PURPOSE: To provide a turbo-machine and its anticorrosive treatment method capable of improving the corrosion resistance of a clearance part of a fitting part and a chrome plating part even if the oxygen process method (CWT) is employed for the water supply process method and maintaining and improving the durability against the corrosion fatigue even if seawater leak is generated. CONSTITUTION: In a turbo-machine provided with a shaft, impeller 1 and casing, a anticorrosive diffusing layer formed by the heat treatment of an anticorrosive diffusing material is formed on the surface of the mother material of a fluid path. A nickel alloy such as Ni-P, Ni-Si or Ni-B alloy is used for the anticorrosive diffusing material. Thus, the high dimensional accuracy can be maintained without changing the quality of the mother material while the corrosion resistance of the turbo-machine can be improved. Even if the oxygen process method (CWT) is particularly employed for the water supply process method, the corrosion resistance of a clearance part of a fitting part and chrome plating part can be improved and even if seawater leak is generated, the durability against corrosion fatigue can be maintained and improved.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent clearance corrosion from occurring by providing a space part or a qroove at the outer-periphery side of the diaphragm mounting part of a pressure reception chamber. CONSTITUTION:A pressure reception cover 8, two separation chambers 2 which are covered with a diaphragm 6 provided at a pressure reception part 1, and a pressure guiding path 3 for guiding the pressure of the other separation chamber to a pressure sensor 4 installed in one separation chamber are formed, the differential pressure between both pressure reception chambers 5 is detected, and then it is transferred to the outside by a transfer circuit 7. The diaphragm 6 is mounted to the pressure reception part 1 by a mounting part 10 and a groove 11 for preventing clearance corrosion is provided near the mounting part 10. Then the atmospheric pressure and the pressure of a measuring fluid are applied to the pressure reception chamber 5 and then the resistance of a sensor 4 according to the pressure of the measuring fluid is detected to measure the pressure. Also, by providing the groove 11, uneven concentration operation of a dissolved constituent within a liquid solution causing clearance corrosion to occur is prevented, thus suppressing the occurrence of clearance corrosion.
