摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure transmitter in which the machining and assembling work is facilitated at the coupling part, especially the coupling part to be sealed hermetically. SOLUTION: The pressure transmitter for sealing means comprises a pressure receiving chamber 7, 7' having one side comprising a diaphragm 8, 8' being deformed by the pressure of a fluid to be measured, a pressure medium filling the section (pressure transmitting chamber 13, 13') of diaphragm located oppositely to the side touching the fluid to be measured, and a sensor 4 for detecting the pressure difference of fluid to be measured entering into the pressure receiving chamber 7, 7' through the pressure medium and producing a signal. The pressure transmitter further comprises a circuit for amplifying the output signal from the sensor 4 and the passage 14, 14' filled with the pressure medium is sealed by a sealing means. The sealing means comprises a member 30 to be coupled having a spiral groove 31 in the inner circumferential surface of passage, and a coupling member 32 (seal pin) partially filling the spiral groove 31 through plastic fluidity.

The life of the sensor can be estimated and the number of maintenance and control processes can be reduced to a large extent.

This constitution produces a highly accurate differential pressure signal to enhance control accuracy while predicting the service life of the sensor and reduces manpower required for maintenance and management significantly.
