摘要： PURPOSE: To provide both a method for reaction, capable of accumulating a product in a high concentration without reducing activity of a film in an immobilized biocatalyst reaction using an ultrafilter containing a biocatalyst liable to lose function and a device for the method. CONSTITUTION: This method for a reaction using immobilized biocatalyst is one for producing a useful substance by reacting a substrate with a biocatalyst using a biocatalyst-containing ultrafilter. This method comprises crystallizing and separating a product from a reaction solution rich in the product by a temperature controlled crystallizing tank having also filtering function and circulating its mother liquor as a solvent for the substrate. This device produces the useful substance by reacting the substrate with the biocatalyst using the biocatalyst-containing ultrafilter and is one for a biocatalyst reaction, comprising a reaction part composed of a reaction tank having the biocatalyst-containing ultrafilter, a crystallizing part which is constituted of the temperature controlled crystallizing tank having filtering function and precipitates the product from a reaction solution, a flow channel for sending the reaction solution from a reaction tank to the crystallizing tank and a flow channel for sending filtrate from the crystallizing tank to the reaction tank.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prepare the titled preparation having specific adsorptivity to proteins, and useful for the separation and purification of proteins, by reacting a water-insoluble and hydrophilic polymer having activated hydroxy groups in the molecule with tannin or its amino derivative. CONSTITUTION:(A) A water-insoluble, hydrophilic polymer having activated hydroxy groups in the molecule (e.g. epoxy-activated agarose) is made to react with (B) a solution obtained by dissolving tannin or an amino derivative of tannin in an aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate, after adjusting the pH of the reaction system to 10.5 with sodium hydroxide, etc., at 37 deg.C. After the completion of the reaction, the reaction product is filtered, and the filtrate is washed successively with water, a carbonate buffer solution, and water, to obtain the objective water- insoluble tannin preparation. The component (A) may be a water-insoluble, hydrophilic polymer having amino groups or diazotized amino groups.

The applicable enzyme reaction liquid is a reaction liquid by an asymmetric hydrolase in one group of lipase or esterase.
