摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a reversely soluble immobilized enzyme having high activity, capable of changing reversely from a disolution state to a precipitation state, soluble in an organic solvent(-containing solution), by bonding an enzyme to a specific copolymer. CONSTITUTION:An enzyme is bonded to a copolymer comprising two or more monomer of acrylic acid, acrylic acid lower alkyl ester, methacrylic acid, methacrylic acid lower alkyl ester, methacrylic acid di-lower alkylamino lower alkyl ester and vinylpyridine derivative shown by the formula (R is lower alkyl). A copolymer containing about 10-60wt% free acrylic acid or methacrylic acid is preferably used in the case of an immobilized enzyme wherein the enzyme is immobilized to a carrier by covalent bond and a copolymer containing 2-methyl-5-vinylpyridine, methacrylic acid dimethylaminoethyl ester, etc., is preferably used in immobilization by ion bond.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject agent useful for aquaculture of fishes or transportation, etc., of a natural fish by containing glutathione. SOLUTION: The objective agent preventing reduction of growth rate and/or survival rate of fishes by stress is obtained by containing glutathione (purified glutathione, an extract of glutathione-containing yeast or preferably a glutathione-containing yeast, e.g. torula yeast, baker's yeast or brewers yeast) as an active component. A suitable amount of the agent containing 0.2-300 mg of glutathione to 1 kg fish body weight per 1 day for 5-31 days in a month is administered to fishes corresponding to growth of the fish or a degree of loading on the fish, in a form of a moist pellet or a dry pellet, etc.

A urea resin is used as a wall substance of microcapsules and the surface of the wall membrane is coated with a water-soluble polyester. Consequently, microcapsules of rodenticide having excellent heat resistance, pressure resistance and high denseness is obtained. These microcapsules show stable rodenticidal effects for a long period of time without reducing titer of cycloheximide when the capsules are kneaded with a material and the material kneaded is applied.
