    • PURPOSE: To prepare an immobilized aminoacylase agent which does not isolate the enzyme even under high substrate concentration or high ionic strength, and has low pressure drop, by bonding aminoacylase to a porous anion exchange material, and crosslinking with a protein crosslinking agent.
      CONSTITUTION: An aminoacylase is bonded to a water-insoluble porous anion exchange material having a pore size of about 150W3,000Å, pore volume of about 0.3W1.0mg/g, and specific surface area of about 10W150m
      2 /g, e.g. porous phenolic resin, porous styrene resin, porous silica, porous glass, etc. having anion exchange groups. The anion exchange material bonded with aminoacylase is crosslinked with about 0.01W0.1% concentration of protein crosslinking agent such as 2W6C aliphatic dialdehyde such as glyoxal, glutaraldehyde, etc.

    • 目的:通过将氨基酰化酶与多孔阴离子交换材料结合,并与蛋白质交联剂进行交联,制备即使在高底物浓度或高离子强度下也不分离酶并具有低压降的固定化氨基酰化酶。 构成:氨基酰化酶与孔径大约为150-3000埃,孔容为约0.3-1.0毫克/克,比表面积为约10-150米2 /分的水不溶性多孔阴离子交换材料结合, g,例如 多孔酚醛树脂,多孔苯乙烯树脂,多孔二氧化硅,多孔玻璃等具有阴离子交换基团。 与氨基酰化酶结合的阴离子交换材料与蛋白质交联剂(如乙二醛,戊二醛等)的2-6C脂肪族二醛的浓度约为0.01-0.1%交联。
