    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow part for bicycle, which has a sufficient strength, can make the manufacturing process thereof more efficient even when using various kinds of materials, and can suppress the weight increase of the part as much as possible.
      SOLUTION: A gear crank 58 for bicycle is equipped with a crank body 73, a lid member 74 and a filling member 75. The lid member is bonded to a crank body member and can form a space SP1 inside to the crank body. The filling member is filled in the space, and at the same time, bonds the crank body and the lid member. The filling member includes an adhesive 75a and a plurality of expandable particles 75b made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, which are added into the adhesive and contain a thermally expandable gas inside thereof.

      SOLUTION: A sprocket 71 comprises a first member 86, a second member 87, and a reinforcing member 88. The first member 86 is an annular member with a gear tooth 86a for chain engagement being formed on its outer circumferential part and having a crank mounting part 86b on its inner circumferential part. The second member 87 is an annular member joined with the first member 86 so that a part thereof overlaps thereon. The reinforcing member 88 is a member joined with the members 86, 87 so as to cover at least a part of a joined part of the first member 86 with the second member 87.

    • PURPOSE:To construct a continuous wall without causing pollution under water by a method in which joint panels are driven into the bottom ground under water, PC plates are erected in the outside coupling portion to form a construction area of continuous wall, reinforcing bars are inserted into the inside coupling portion, and concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION:Joint panels 1 are driven at intervals into the bottom ground 9 under water, and PC plates 4 are erected in the outside coupling portion 2 of the joint panels 1. A grout 10 is injected into the outside coupling portion 2 to close the construction area of continuous wall and replaced with mud water, and reinforcing bars 7 are set in the inside coupling portion 3. Concrete is placed into the formwork consisting of the joint panels 1 and the PC plates 4 in the construction area. They can thus withstand internal and external side pressures, impact of tidal current, and the vibration of vibro-hammer and excavator, and strong underwater continuous wall can be constructed.
