    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust valve structure capable of suppressing the occurrence of chattering, an exhaust system heat exchanger in which the occurrence of noise is suppressed by applying the exhaust valve structure thereto, and an exhaust system structure.
      SOLUTION: A pair of main exhaust ports 52 formed through a cylinder wall at two positions opposed to each other in the direction orthogonal to the flowing direction of an exhaust gas and an auxiliary exhaust port 54 opened in the flowing direction of the exhaust gas are formed in a valve housing 46 forming an exhaust gas flow passage in an exhaust valve device 10. The pair of main exhaust ports 52 are opened and closed by a pair of main valve parts 58 interlocking with the operation for opening/closing the auxiliary exhaust port 54 by rotating an auxiliary valve part 60 around a rotating shaft 64.
