摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly execute an assembly line by moving a form set by a form unit to another place, placing concrete, vibrating it, moving it to another place, steam curing it, returning it to an original unit, removing it, releasing it from the form, and cleaning the form. CONSTITUTION:An outer frame, an inner frame, a bottom plate provided on a machine base 1 are set by a form unit 24 to make a form. The form is removed from the base, placed on a truck 26, and fed to a batcher plant 22. Concrete is placed, and vibrated by a vibrator 23, and clamped. It is moved by the truck 26, charged in a dry furnace 21, and steam cured. It is returned to the original unit 24, removed from the frame, and released from the mold. The form in which a concrete product is removed is cleaned. Accordingly, setting of the form of the product, releasing of the product from the frame are semi-automated, placed and cured at the other place, thereby providing an assembly line.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate unnecessary pads by increasing the radius of curvature at each corner part of the inner periphery of a U-shaped plate member, and forming the outer periphery in a parabolic shape, and also by providing tapered reinforcement ribs. CONSTITUTION:The inner periphery of a U-shaped plate member 1 is formed to have a large radius of curvature at each corner part thereof so as to intrude into the inside of the plate member 1 in such a way that the fillet is slightly scraped out, and the radii of curvature at two corner parts are smoothly connected with a further larger radius of curvature to form the deep part of the U-shaped plate member. Then, the depth measured from the opening along the one side of the U-shaped plate member is made equal to the distance up to the intersection C of the tangent of the further larger radius of curvature in the deep part. Then, insertion holding bolts 2, 2' are screwed into the threaded holes formed in the bosses 3, 3' that have been provided in the respective ends of the U-shaped opening. The outer periphery of the U-shaped plate member is bulged toward the outside in a parabolic shape making the apexes of the bosses 3, 3' for equalizing the stresses. Further, tapered reinforcement ribs 4 are radially provided toward the outer periphery from the inner periphery corner parts so as to cope with the stress concentration in these portions.
