CONSTITUTION:When the component members of a working table or a timbering stand are assembled, in the assembling time of the working table, the timbering stand, or the like, the flange A of a member to be connected is fitted to the groove of a groove form metal fitting 1 of the first assembly jig having a reinforcement rib in the longitudinal direction, and the flange A is pressed and held by a pair of bolts opposing each other and screwed to the boss of the metal fitting 1. And at one end of the groove form metal fitting 1, the plate form part 4 of the first assembly jig, and the flange B of another member to be connected are held and fixed by a C type assembly jig. In this case, when the holding force of the first assembly jig is to be increased, the groove form metal fitting 5 of the second assembly jig having a reinforcement rib in the longitudinal or the peripheral direction is installed to contact one end of the first assembly jig in the same manner, so as to press and hold the flange A.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for manufacturing an obliquely-cut box culvert which can be used even when both of a slant angle and dimensions are varied and shows excellent efficiency on the occasion of manufacturing the obliquely- cut box culvert. SOLUTION: A jig to be disposed between inner and outer frames of a matrix of a box culvert. The jig comprises upper and lower steel blocks 1 provided at four corners, means for moving the steel blocks 1 up and down and fixing them, male and female molds provided above and below haunch parts at the four corners respectively, jig members 2 which are fitted with male mold frames fitted to the four sides of the upper steel blocks 1 and being extensible and contractible in the width direction and are extensible and contractible in the lengthwise direction and jig members 2 which are fitted with female mold frames fitted to the four sides of the lower steel blocks 1 and being extensible and contractible in the width direction and are extensible and contractible in the lengthwise direction, and the steel block 1 is made to have a structure constituted of a means for forming an edge of a hexahedron of which two sets of faces formed by the matrix are parallel and the residual two faces slanting 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimensionally variable underframe device which is suitable for manufacturing a box culvert of varing size. SOLUTION: Slide pipes 2a, 2b consisting of an angular steel pipe are attached in a #form in the lower inside of a rest 1d so that the pipes 2a, 2b are arranged at an upper and a lower stage each and a steel plate with a recessed notch is mounted upto the outer edge of the rest 1d. In addition, a roller 3a coming into contact with a sliding lower surface is provided on both open ends of the slide pipes 2a, 2b, and a sliding bar 3 with an attached roller coming into contact with the inner upper face of the slide pipes 2a, 2b, is introduced through both open ends to the tip. In addition, a bracket 4 is attached to a part protruding from the slide pipes 2a, 2b and the outer frame 5 of a box culvert is fitted to the tip of the bracket 4 so that sliding bars 2a, 2b emerge from and retract into the slide pipes 2a, 2b. Next, it is arranged so that a socket 6 on the notched steel plate can be pressed to the inside from four sides by the outer frame 5. Thus the under frame device is of such a construction that the sliding bar 3 with the attached outer frame 5 can deal with the box culvert of an optional size by moving the recessed part of the notch in and out in accordance with the size of the box culvert.
