CONSTITUTION:An outside form 7 divided into a plurality of pieces, an outside form transferring truck 42 carrying the outside form 7 and moving on a base stage 4 in the horizontal direction, a truck driving apparatus driving the outside form transferring truck 42 and set on the base stage 4, a bottom stage 10 placed on a base stage 4, inside forms 8a-8f moving on the bottom stage 10 in the horizontal direction and divided into a plurality of pieces, an advancing and retreating apparatus 12 advancing and retreating the inside forms 8a-8f in the horizontal direction are provided and a driving apparatus 3 actuating the advancing and retreating apparatus 12 and the outside form 7, the bottom stage 10, the inside forms 8a-8f and the advancing and retreating apparatus 12 are removable under an integrated condition from the base stage 4.

In addition, the driving apparatus 3 is set on the base stage separably from the advancing and retreating apparatus and the outside form 7, the bottom stage 10, the inside form 8 and the advancing and retreating apparatus 12 are removable under an integrated condition from the base stage 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiter capable of stabilizing the magnitude of the limited torque while slipping so as to cut the transmission of the torque when the excessive torque is input. SOLUTION: In this torque limiter 1 fitted on an input shaft 2 of a valve, when the input torque from an operation handle 61 exceeds the predetermined value, a steel ball 29 held by an inside member 5 freely to be slid and energized outward in the radial direction by a coil spring 28 is moved backward, resisting the energizing force of the coil spring 28, from a recessed groove formed in the inner peripheral surface 24 of the outside member 4 at plural positions with equal space, and the outside member 4 and the inside member 5 are rotated in relation to each other so as to cut the transmitting torque. With this structure, applying of the excessive torque by a worker is prevented so as to prevent the generation of damage in a valve device stopped by a stopper.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable reduction gear with a high reduction ratio by obtaining a reduction ratio entirely by gear operations by way of making a gear rotated by an input shaft simultaneously mesh with two gears of different tooth numbers. SOLUTION: Rotation applied on an input shaft 6 allows a rolling gear 34 to rotate that is fitted on an eccentric shaft part 15 through a sliding bearing 17 and meshes with a fixed gear 30 fixed on a casing 7. The rolling gear 34 also meshes with an output gear 36 mounted on an output shaft 8. The number of teeth of the output gear 36 is slightly different from that of the fixed gear 30, and thus the rolling gear 34 rotates the output gear 36 at the reduction ratio based on the difference of the tooth numbers. A pointer gear 53 of same specifications with the output gear 36 also meshes with the rolling gear 34, and accordingly the turning amount of the output shaft 8 is indicated as the deflection of a pointer 55.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear reduction gear which transmits shaft torque to an output shaft from an eccentric planetary gear, without causing load concentration on a specified part and complies with a high load. SOLUTION: A joint body 17 slidable in a given direction over a planetary gear 14 and in the direction orthogonal to the given direction and slidable in a direction orthogonal to the given direction is disposed on an output shaft 15 between a planetary gear 14 and the output shaft 15. Since the joint body 17 is moved two-dimensionally between the planetary gear 14 and the output shaft 15, turning is transmitted as is from the eccentric planetary gear 14 to an output shaft 15. Thus, loads each are transmitted by slide contact parts and shaft torque is transmitted from the planetary gear 14 to the output shaft 15 without causing load concentration on a specified part, so that advantages are offered in terms of durability, higher shaft torque is transmitted and coping with a high load is practicable.
