A tip end 21c of the engaging pieces 21 has a slightly smaller diameter than an outer diameter of the end portion 18a as a whole and is certainly engaged with the end portion 18a. Thereby, even if a screw hole is downwardly directed and is at a deep potion, the bolt 16 does not fall off from the hexagonal wrench 18 and a parts-mounting work can easily be carried out. Since it is not required that the bolt is supported by a hand and the bolt is previously temporarily fastened in a screw hole, a workability can be enhanced.
