    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology and an equipment for efficient high-volume manufacturing of unit cell laminated bodies, so as to establish a high-volume manufacturing technology for laminated lithium ion cells; and to provide laminated lithium ion cells which ensure the high-volume manufacturing, inexpensive cost, low self-discharge rate, and high quality.
      SOLUTION: The manufacturing method manufactures unit cell laminated bodies 47 for laminated lithium ion cells massively and automatically, using the equipment combining a belt conveyor 11 and three kinds of rolls 12 to 14, by forming a "thermally adhesive state separator band with inserted electrode plate" 41, and by alternately laminating a positive electrode plate (or a negative electrode plate) 45 packed in a bag and an opposite bare negative electrode plate (or a positive electrode plate) 46, which are manufactured in a method to cut the "thermally adhesive state separator band with inserted electrode plate" 42 on a "cutting site" equipped with a pick-up apparatus 25 on the belt conveyor. Incorporation of unit cell laminated bodies manufactured by such a method assures to provide laminated lithium ion cells with low self-discharge rate and high quality massively and inexpensively.
