    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean the inside of a pipe even when level difference is formed therein. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for cleaning the inside of a pipe, a rotary member 1 freely rotating around an axial center X along the longitudinal direction of a pipe is provided with support arms 2 in such a manner that the tip of each support arm is projected toward the inner face side of the pipe, and is provided with a contact member 3 which can be brought into contact with the inner face side of the pipe. Further, a driving unit 4 for driving and rotating the rotary member is provided so as to drive and rotate the rotary member in such a manner that each contact member comes in contact with the inner face side of the pipe along the circumferential direction of the pipe while moving the rotary member in the inside of the pipe, so that a substance deposited on the inner face of the pipe is removed. The support arms 2 are provided so as to be insertable into the pipe in such a manner that each of their tips faces the rear side in the moving direction in the inside of the pipe and is also projected to the inner face side of the pipe. The tips of the support arms inserted into the pipe are provided movably in the radial direction of the pipe, and further, each of the tips of the support arms is elastically energized toward the inner face side of the pipe.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely plug the inside of a pipe without requiring time and labor in mounting work even if another pipe is provided in close proximity on an outer peripheral side of a pipe end part. SOLUTION: This plugging device in the pipe is provided with an elastic plugging member 1 plugging the inside of the pipe by compression deformation operation from the direction of a pipe shaft center, a pair of pressing members 2 pressing the elastic plugging member from the front and rear in the direction of pipe shaft center, a fixing part 3 fixing a pressing member 2a on one side to a pipe end part, and an operation part 4 moving a pressing member 2b on the other side toward a pressing member side on one side to compress, deform, and operate the elastic plugging member. The fixing part is constituted in such a way that a plurality of pressure-contact pins 9 provided with a pressure-contact face 9a coming into pressure-contact with an inner face of the pipe on a tip side are held on the pressing member on one side radially across substantially equal interval in the peripheral direction of the pipe so as to come out and retract freely in the direction of pipe diameter and a cylindrical movable member 11 provided with a tapered face 13 capable of pushing out these contact-pressure pins to an outward side in the direction of pipe diameter by pushing-in operation from the direction of pipe shaft center to a terminal side of the pressure-contact pin is provided so as to perform pushing-in operation freely. SOLUTION: A liquid curable resin 3 and a pig 4 are introduced from one end side of a gas conduit 1 into a pipe, and its insertion port 1a is connected with an air supply hose 5 from an air compressor. After that, compressed air is supplied by the air compressor to pressurize the space between the insertion port 1a and the pig 4, the pig 4 is moved forward in the gas conduit 1, while the curable resin 3 in front of the pig 4 is being pushed out, and the rein-coated layer 6 of the curable resin is formed on the inner surface of the gas conduit 1. Next, an air supply hose 8 is connected with the insertion port 1a of the gas conduit 1, heating steam 7 is introduced into the gas conduit 1 through the air supply hose 8, and the resin-coated layer 6 is heated to accelerate the curing of the resin-coated layer 6.
