    • PURPOSE:To coat a fixed pipe with fiber reinforced resin efficiently further with good quality by piling together a non-woven fabric mat and a belt-shaped cloth on the periphery of the fixed pipe to be impregnated with reaction-setting resin and rolling the impregnated fiber on the periphery of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A non-woven fabric mat 2a and a belt-shaped cloth 2b, longer than the mat 2a, are piled together on the periphery of a fixed pipe 1. Only the piled part is impregnated with liquid-state reaction-setting resin consisting of polyester or epoxyacrylate. After an excessive amount of resin is removed from that impregnated part, impregnated fiber is wound on the periphery of the fixed pipe 1 from its upper side, having the cross previously long formed, serving as the starting end so as to place the cross 2b in the outside. Thereafter, the cross 2b of surplus length is pasted on the existing wound impregnated fiber. As a result, the resin is prevented from providing an insufficient or exces sive amount of impregnation. Further, the impregnated fiber can be prevented from exfoliation and dislocation.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately inspect whether or not where is a gap part at an inspection place by detecting impulsive vibration applied to the inspection part by a hammer part and processing the signal of the impulsive vibration. CONSTITUTION:The inspection surface 7 is given the impulsive vibration by the hammer part 1 and the vibration is detected by a sensor part 2. The signal of the impulsive vibration detected by the sensor part 2 is processed by a decision part 3 to decide whether or not there is a gap in the inspection surface 7 and the decision result of the decision part 3 is displayed on a display part 4. For example, a grout material is charged between a new inserted pipe and an existent pipe and if there is a gap part in the grout charged part, the detection waveform of the sensor part 2 becomes a vibration waveform which is long in attenuation time. Consequently, the output of an integrator 14 becomes higher than that in absence of the gap part and the number of comparators which exceed a set value among comparators 15a - 15f increases and the number of LEDs which illuminate among LEDs 22a - 22f increases, so whether or not there is a gap part and its size can accurately be detected. Therefore, the inspection is enabled without any individual difference in decision result.
