    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool that can perform processing so that the hill and valley may alternately be formed along the axial direction easily and with high accuracy, a processing device, and a processing method using the cutting tool.SOLUTION: In the cutting tool 1 which performs processing so that the hill and valley may alternately be formed along the axial direction with respect to a recess whose cross section is semicircular, the cutting tool has: one or two large-diameter parts 5, 7 which are formed into shapes corresponding to the valley and have diameters smaller than the inside peripheral diameter of the valley; two or three small-diameter parts 4, 6 and 8 which are formed into shapes corresponding to the hill and have diameters smaller than those of the large-diameter parts; and cutters 10 whose blades having prescribed twisted angles with respect to the axial direction are formed at the large-diameter parts and the small-diameter parts. The large-diameter parts and the small-diameter parts are alternately arranged along the axial direction of the cutting tool 1.

    • PURPOSE:To regenerate and reutilize used mold members which are heretofore discarded by welding backing plates to the four corners of the mold members of which the copper (alloy) clad material on ferrous base plates is worn, disposing fresh copper (alloy) thereon and subjecting the same to diffusion welding. CONSTITUTION:The copper (alloy) 2 existing on the surface of the respective ferrous base plate materials 1 of the mold members A, B and C is removed entirely or except part thereof. The backing plates 4 of the box shape made of the same material as the materials 1 are partially attached and welded 5 to the four corners of such members A, B and C. The members A and B as well as C and C as a couple are diffusion-welded. The fresh copper (alloy) 6 and 7 are then disposed on the tip and bottom via an intermediate insertion plate 8 coated with a release agent 9 and further any of the members A, B, C is disposed thereon. The assembly is pressurized by a pressurizing body 10 in a vacuum or inert gas to join securely the copper (alloy) 2 and the fresh copper (alloy) 6, 7 and thereafter the copper (alloy) 6, 7 are hardened by a heat treatment. The plates 4 are removed and the copper (alloy) 6, 7 are finished by which the regeneration of the mold is completed.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which permits easy maintenance and is made compact by connecting plural vacuum treatment chambers to a circular shape via movable sealing partition walls which can be opened and shut, connecting the treatment chambers to a central evacuation chamber and forming continuously films. CONSTITUTION:The continuous vacuum treatment device is constituted by connecting an inlet and outlet chamber 1 having an inlet and outlet door 2 and the vacuum treatment chambers 3-7 to a circular shape with the movable sealing partition walls S which can be opened and shut and connecting the chambers 1, 3-7 via discharge pipings 8-13 having respectively sluice valves V to the evacuation device 14 provided at the center. A material to be treated is carried into and out of the chamber 1 from a clean room 16 through the door 2 and is further conveyed successively in the chambers 3-7 by a conveyor 18 for the material to be treated. The material to be treated is subjected to the pretreatment and the formation of plural different films in the respective chambers. The maintenance is easily executed on the outside of the clean room 17 partitioned by a partition wall 15.
