The inner circulating flow having an inner peripheral fluidized matter moving velocity 13 and the outer peripheral flow having a slower moving velocity 11 and generated in the matter to be agitated (for instance, a high viscous liquefied or jellied matter) in the vessel by the plain plate blade 3 due to the revolution of the revolving shaft 2. And moreover, a vertical flow is generated in the matter to be agitated by the revolution of the slanting blade 4 fixed to the revolving shaft 2 with a slanting angle to the axis of the revolving shaft 2 with the result that the matter to be agitated is fluidized all over the inside of vessel to be uniformly mixed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To case vegetables curved into an upwardly protruding shape at high speed by allowing long vegetables fed onto the row of receiving rolls to descend, supporting the central portions of the long vegetables with springs fitted to a guide shaft and gathering up the vegetables to be alinged and collected. SOLUTION: When long vegetables, for example, cucumbers 13 are fed onto the row of receiving rolls 12 from a sorting conveyor E, a positonal deviation-preventing guide 40 arrays and guides the cucumbers 13 in a state that they are spaced from one another and curved laterally on the row of the receiving rolls 12. Then, according to the descent of the row of the receiving rolls 12 due to a receiving roll support frame, which descends by a fixed distance, the cucumbers 13 are delivered onto two springs 31 of a central portion support means, whose interval is adjusted in advance, whereby the behavior of the cucumbers 13 is stabilized and their posture can be altered to an upwardly protruding posture. Then, gather-up plates 22 are opposingly moved toward the mutually approaching direction, and the springs 31 are pressed to be compressed, whereby the cucumbers 13 are collected and aligned at a central part. Under such a condition, a vacuum suction pad takes up the cucumbers 13 aligned and collected in an upwardly protruding state and sends them to a case packer.
