    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas analytical method hardly affected by pressure fluctuation and the temperature of exhaust gas, and capable of calculating precisely and analyzing the concentration of a component contained in the exhaust gas, in real time. SOLUTION: In this exhaust gas analytical method, the exhaust gas discharged from an internal combustion engine is irradiated with a laser beam to receive the laser beam transmitted through the exhaust gas, and measures the concentration of the component contained in the exhaust gas, based on the received laser beam. In the method, an absorption spectrum of the laser beam absorbed in the exhaust gas is detected based on the received laser beam (S1), the concentration of the specified gas component is calculated based on the absorption spectrum (S2), the temperature of the exhaust gas is calculated based on the absorption spectrum (S3), the pressure of the exhaust gas is calculated based on the absorption spectrum (S4-S6), the calculated concentration of the component contained in the exhaust gas is corrected based on the calculated temperature (S7) and is corrected based on the calculated pressure (S8), and a true value of the concentration is output thereafter (S9).     • PURPOSE:To prevent human error from happening, and improve product yield by a method wherein difference between a container number remaining on a carrying machine, a lid number and a fillable container number which is equivalent to the remaining liquid volume in a tank is calculated, and when the above mentioned difference becomes 0, feeding of containers and lids to a feeding machine for the containers and lids is stopped, or time on which the above mentioned difference becomes 0 is predicted. CONSTITUTION:For example, container detecting sensors 6-1, 6-2 are respectively provided at the entrance and exit of a carrying machine 15-1, and an operation processing device obtains a container number (nv) on the carrying machine 15-1, by the difference of container numbers which are detected by both sensors. A liquid volume (A) is calculated by a computer 2, based on liquid levels which are respectively measured by a liquid level sensor 5-1 and a liquid level sensor 5-2 for an original liquid volume in an original liquid tank 9-1 and a mixed liquid volume in a mixed liquid tank 9-2. When the container number (nv) becomes equal with a container number (n) which is fillable by the liquid volume (A), the operation processing computer 2 sends a feeding stop control signal to a container feeding machine 14, and by stopping the feeding of the containers, the containers are not excessively fed, or the feeding of the containers is insufficient.
