    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change properly a pseudo noise by providing a pseudo noise generating means that reconfigures the pseudo noise to a transmitter side and a receiver side to allow the system to adapt itself to an environmental change such as occurrence of an electromagnetic noise. SOLUTION: A transmission section 1a is provided with a pseudo noise generator 13 that can be reconfigured and a reception section 1b is provided with a pseudo noise generator 16 that can be reconfigured respectively. A pseudo noise that is generated from the pseudo noise generator 16 that can be reconfigured should be identical to and should have the same phase as that of the pseudo noise generator 13 of the transmission section 1a. The pseudo noise generated by the pseudo noise generator 13 is given to the pseudo noise generator 16 via a controller 20. A synchronization detection circuit 17 takes autocorrelation of the pseudo noise, extracts a phase of the pseudo noise from a 'spread signal' received by a reception antenna 19 and sends phase information to the pseudo noise generator 16 that can be reconfigured. A signal receiving inverted phase demodulation in this way by an inverse spread demodulator 15 is sent to a signal receiver 18.
