CONSTITUTION:Feed water flow speed increasing members 20 for increasing the flow speed of feed water 14 flowing through the area 9 of an economizer are arranged between heat transfer tubes 6 in the area 9 of the economizer. The feed water 14 flows through an annular passage 24, defined between the outer surfaces of respective heat transfer tubes 6 and the inner surface of a sleeve 21, as shown by an arrow sign 23 in a diagram and passes through the area 9 of the economizer to enter into boiling area. The flow speed of the feed water in the area of the economizer is increased by providing the flow speed increasing members between the heat transfer tubes in the area of the economizer in such a manner and, therefore, a heat transfer rate in secondary side is changed and a heat passing coefficient is increased whereby heat transfer performance may be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe expansion jig that facilitates pipe expansion work and can properly expand a pipe such as a heat transfer pipe of a steam generator, and to provide a pipe expansion method of the heat transfer pipe, a repairing method of the heat transfer pipe and a blocking method of the heat transfer pipe.SOLUTION: A pipe expansion method of a heat transfer pipe 5 is provided for expanding a heat transfer pipe 5 arranged in a steam generator 1 using a pipe expansion jig 80. The heat transfer pipe 5 is provided with a pair of vibration suppression members 14 for suppressing vibration of the heat transfer pipe 5 on both sides in the radial direction. The pipe expansion jig 80 includes a probe 81 inserted in the inside of the heat transfer pipe 5, and an electromagnetic coil 82 arranged in the probe 81 and expanding the heat transfer pipe 5 by electromagnetic force generated by a pulse current supplied thereto. The pipe expansion method includes: an insertion step S11 of inserting the pipe expansion jig 80 in the inside of the heat transfer pipe 5; and a pipe expansion step S12 of expanding the heat transfer pipe 5 until coming into abutment with a pair of vibration suppression members 14, respectively, by supplying the pulse current to the electromagnet coil 82 several times so that a current value of the pulse current is increased gradually.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply pipe for a steam generator, capable of suppressing thermal stratification inside a pipe.SOLUTION: A water supply pipe for a steam generator includes: an insertion pipe 21 inserted to a through-hole 112 of an outer shell member; and an in-generator pipe 22 connected to the insertion pipe. The in-generator pipe includes: a duct; and an outflow part 25 for allowing cooling water inside the duct to flow out to a space 40 in the steam generator. The duct includes: a first inclination part 24c where not a side close to the insertion pipe but a side far from the insertion pipe in a flow direction is positioned on an upper side in a vertical direction; and a second inclination part that is positioned to be farther from the insertion pipe than the first inclination part and where not a side close to the insertion pipe but a side farther from the insertion pipe in a flow direction is positioned on a lower side in a vertical direction. In at least a partial section in a flow direction in a duct 234a between the first inclination part and the second inclination part, a lower end 234b of a cross section of the duct is positioned to be upper in a vertical direction than a horizontal surface 30 passing an upper end 21a of an inner wall surface of the insertion pipe in a connection part between the insertion pipe and the in-generator pipe.
