    • PURPOSE:To enhance work efficiency and workability by providing a tube exterior shield, tube interior shield and radiation source. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a aligning mechanism in which a radiation source 3 is held in the center of a tube 1 by means of a pantograph mechanism consisting of links 7, 9, springs 26, 34, rollers 8, 10, etc., at the tip of a flexible tube 16; also the device is constituted of the main body of a radiographic device, which is provided with a tube interior shield, and a tube exterior shield consisting of shields 19a, 19b, 17a and 17b. The exterior shield 17b is provided with a slit 43 and a radiation dose detector 18, which is fixed opposite to a tube welding part, and a film 4 is set in the whole area inside the annular groove of the exterior shields 17a, 17b. Then, by the flexible tube 16, the main body of the radiographic device is pushed inside the tube together with tube interior shields 5a, 5b. Radioactive rays from the radiation source are detected through the slit 43 by the detector 18; after the radiation source is accurately positioned in the tube welding part 2, the film position of the exterior shield is made ready; and photographing is performed by retreating the interior shield. Thus, the leakage of radioactive rays is prevented during photographing.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a device that can automate straightening work perfectly by providing various slides that can select freely plural receiving pieces and pressing pieces for making straightening work of a turbine blade after casting by a command of a controlling system having arithmetic function. CONSTITUTION:The turbine blade 1 is set on a receiving stand 29, and rotation of a link 30, running of a truck 33, up and down movement of upper and lower slides, running to the inside and outside of holding mechanisms 5, 9 and turning of rotary rings 6, 10 are performed. The base of the blade 1 is held by the mechanism 5 and becomes the state of open-sided holding. Then, the truck 33 is run, and the center of right and left slides is aligned with the center line of the blade 1. The ring 6 is turned, and the section of wing part of the blade 1 is made vertical, and upper and lower slides 27, 42 are moved vertically, and the sectional form of the wing part is measured without contact by a displacement gauge. Basing on the result, a controlling system provided with a microcomputer calculates the kind and degree of distortion and instructs the next operation, and selects pressing pieces 36-38, receiving pieces 39-41, and performs straightening using their lateral, longitudinal and vertical slide.

    • PURPOSE:To weld thin sheets having flat parts and arc-shaped bulging parts automatically with high efficiency and high quality by moving a welding torch reverse around the perpendicular axis so as to make the angle of inclination thereof constant in the state when the welding torch descends toward the bulging parts. CONSTITUTION:A welding torch 34 is beforehand inclined with respect to a swiveling shaft 32, and when the torch arrives at a bulging part 41, the torch begins to weld the weld zones. A servocontrol motor 25 runs on changing of the arc voltage and a welding head 24 begins to ascend. Then a position detector 28 decelerates a motor 19 for traveling, thus maintaining the welding speed constant. At the same instant when the torch 34 arrives at the peak of the part 41, an air cylinder 37 operates to turn the torch 34 around the shaft 32 at a right angle to the advancing direction of welding with the plane inclusive of the peak and perpendicular to a flat part 13 as a symmetrical plane. In this state the torch 34 continues to descend and when the torch arrives at the transfer point 43 to the part 13, the air cylinder 37 operates to turn the torch 34 to the original inclined state, thus the welding in the weld zones of the part 13 is accomplished continuously.
